These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SignDazzle website and the purchase of products and services from SignDazzle. By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by SignDazzle. You are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, sizes, shipping information, artwork, spelling, colors, and other order details before submitting your order.
Because many SignDazzle products are custom manufactured, changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.
2. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement may be eligible for cancellation if production has not started.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 10% processing fee. Once artwork has been approved and the order has entered production, the order cannot normally be canceled.
If production has already started, SignDazzle reserves the right to charge for work, materials, or services already completed.
3. Artwork and Proof Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all artwork and proofs before approval, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, addresses, dates, dimensions, colors, image placement, and other design details.
Once a proof or design is approved, SignDazzle may begin production based on that approval. SignDazzle is not responsible for errors contained in artwork or proofs that were approved by the customer.
4. Uploaded Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, photographs, text, and other content that you upload to SignDazzle, subject to any rights owned by third parties.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant SignDazzle a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, process, print, manufacture, and otherwise use that content for the purpose of providing the products and services you request.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce all content submitted with your order.
SignDazzle may refuse or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or cannot legally be produced.
5. SignDazzle Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the SignDazzle website, software, design tools, graphics, interfaces, templates, text, branding, and other content created or owned by SignDazzle are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website and its design tools for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit SignDazzle proprietary content or software except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.
6. Printing and Color Variations
Colors displayed on a computer, phone, or other screen may differ from colors produced in print. Differences can result from monitor settings, color profiles, printing processes, materials, lighting, and other production factors.
Minor variations in color, positioning, cutting, dimensions, or finishing that are consistent with normal commercial printing and manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, materials, sizes, options, and specifications accurately. Product appearance and specifications may occasionally change due to manufacturing, material availability, or improvements.
Images and product mockups shown on the website are provided for illustration and may not represent exact scale, color, texture, or final appearance.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website or calculated according to selected product options. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other fees may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or calculation errors before production begins. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you with the corrected price and allow you to approve or cancel the affected order.
9. Production and Turnaround Times
Production and turnaround times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Production generally begins after required payment, artwork submission, and proof approval have been completed.
SignDazzle is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, supply interruptions, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided based on information available from the applicable carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered and purchased.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or other customer-provided information may be charged to the customer.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order specifications, contact SignDazzle promptly and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when requested.
Depending on the circumstances, SignDazzle may replace, reprint, repair, refund, or otherwise resolve an eligible claim at its discretion and in accordance with any applicable return or refund policy.
12. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use the SignDazzle website or services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with website security or normal operation
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Use automated systems to improperly scrape, harvest, or overload the website
- Misuse SignDazzle services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its online services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignDazzle and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SignDazzle harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from content you submit, your violation of third-party rights, your unlawful use of the website or services, or your material breach of these Terms.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the SignDazzle Privacy Policy.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled by courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
